SILENT-NIGHT
As we approach closer to the day of the birth of Jesus, I would like to take this time to remind all of us the meaning of CHRISTMAS..........I know for some of us it has been a very tough year when it comes to MONEY! I found myself getting sad due to not being able to buy gifts like i used to in the pass. But then i needed to remind myself what Christmas was really all about..............So i have been doing more talking with people about this situation, And i have found that I'm not alone on this topic! It's so good to hear that other people are feeling the same way that i am. Yes-JESUS is the meaning of celebration for that very special day! We as human beings have gotten so carried away on how to celebrate it, we have spoiled ourselves with so many gifts and when all along it was to be celebrated for the birth of Jesus! He is who we should be thankful for, and i am hear to say to all of you that i am thankful for what i have and when that day comes Dec. 25th, i am going to be having a wonderful dinner with the ones that i love so very much...........And we will be thanking Jesus for all the impacts that he has had on each and everyone of us.

What a SURPRISE! Thought you were out of town? I'm sure your In-laws have a computer too lol..........Anyhow, thanks for stopping in, and glad to know that you too agree with this issue also. You know sis, i love the whole gifts, and stuff yes... but the only gift we truly need to receive is the gift that was given so long ago to all of us. That gift being Jesus. He was born not on the 25th even, but Christians have used that day to celebrate his birth. God sent us Jesus, who died for us and our sins. That gift in itself, if only those we loved, and those around the world we care about would receive him fully into their lives is the most awesome gift anyone could ever hope for. I love you sis! I know you received the gift God sent us which makes me soooooo happy. That is what we need to focus on not only on Christmas day, but the entire year through.
